Terms and Conditions
- Open to Palace Ambassadors rregistered 18 years or older. Valid for stays through December 31, 2026.
- Blackout dates apply by property and are subject to change.
- Family room sales will be counted as one room night.
- Clients must complete their stay before earned points may be redeemed.
- Points are non‑transferable.
- Points remain valid for 18 months after the client has completed their stay.
- Bookings must be made directly with The Palace Company. Reservations made through third parties do not qualify.
- Program is valid for one Palace Ambassador and one companion. A maximum of two rooms may be redeemed using points per request.
- Additional guests within the same room or additional rooms (maximum of one extra room) are subject to an extra charge.
- Children's rates apply per room, per night at family‑friendly resorts and vary by property. The “Kids Stay Free” promotion is subject to its own specific terms.
- Complimentary rooms are confirmed in Run of House (ROH) category, based on double occupancy at all properties. For Baglioni Hotels & Resorts, a maximum of two guests per room is permitted, including children. Room type is subject to availability.
- Upgrades to the next category are available at check‑in only and will be charged at the public rack rate.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.
- All benefits are subject to availability and property approval.
- Confirmation is subject to occupancy levels. Please allow up to one week for request processing.
- Airport transfers are not included. The Palace Company is not responsible for airfare purchased prior to hotel confirmation.
